At MIM HQ, we’ve designed a cutting-edge method rooted in science, ancient wisdom and modern day music culture that uses rhythm, tempo, and movement to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and create a holistic workout experience. Now, you can be part of this movement as a MIM Instructor!

The training is all online, you can do it from anywhere, at your own pace, in your own time.

I didn't know how much my body needed an outlet like MIM classes, after years of suppressed childhood trauma, I was finally able to understand my bodies reactions and be guided back to rest and digest.   • I cannot even begin to express what a shift this training is creating in me. Even just making the commitment to do this act of care is making me prioritise nervous system care in every other area of my life. It’s only early days but I am engaging with the thought of stress in such a different way ever since. The commitment to the course and learning feels like a massive timeline jump in itself, let alone the actual gifts that are unfolding and are bound to continue unfolding from the work of embodying it over time. Even my personal relationships are undergoing a massive shift now that I’ve brought this extra lense of self care in to my life, it’s like I can’t turn a blind eye to things that distrupt my nervous system anymore - my body simply won’t seem to let me lie to myself now and oh my god the playlists have changed my life, I’ve been proper inspired to start djing again, it’s lit a fire in my belly and made me all excited about the future Thank you from the bottom of my heart, this work is absolutely awesome
